E.D. Publications Ad Rates & Specs

Below are the advertising rates for both the bimonthly CLUB BULLETIN and the ANNUAL VIP GUIDE. The more ads you run over a 12-month period, the lower your cost per ad. For example in the CLUB BULLETIN Ad rates section, the cost per ad drops depending how many times you run the ad (1X, 2X. 3X, 4X, 5X or 6X). Also, if you run in all six issues of CLUB BULLETIN, your ad is half-price in the Annual VIP GUIDE. For more information on advertising, please call Lacy Empkey or Ryan Davis at (727) 726-3592.

Please remember that:

The ads should contain no nudity. They can certainly be sexy, but no topless or bottomless shots unless all the “good parts” are hidden.
As a courtesy we will design and build your ad at no additional charge, but please note that means building the ad from specific instructions that you email to us and then making only one round of minimal changes after we send you the ad for your approval.
If you supply the ad, be sure to leave a quarter inch of image bleed all around the ad for any full-bleed ads.
Camera-ready art can be in JPEG, EPS, PDF or TIFF format at least 300 dpi.
You can send us a CD with your ad or you can upload via FTP. www.onlinefilefolder.com username is edpublications and the password is uploader. Smaller files may be emailed.

Be sure to put your company name and contact info on the ad media and please email our Art Director Kevin Pennington to let him know you have uploaded an ad for us.
